Refund & Service Credit Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality service and a fair experience for all clients. Please review our policy regarding prepaid services, refunds, and service credits.

1. Prepaid Services

All prepaid services, packages, or credits are non-refundable once purchased.

2. Service Credit Validity

Any prepaid service or account credit must be used within 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase or issue. After this period, any unused balance or sessions will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated or refunded.

3. Appointment Attendance & No-Shows

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. Missed appointments without adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session or credit, subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in loss of the amount for the session or a fee.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are made at our sole discretion and may be considered in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

6. Non-Transferability

Service credits and prepaid packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise approved.
