Deposit Policy for PRP & Fillers

Dear Valued Patient,

At JCAM Dermakare, we are committed to providing high-quality care in a timely manner. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all patients, we have implemented a non-refundable deposit policy for PRP and Filler treatments.

What You Need To Know

• A non-refundable deposit of $15,000 is required for all PRP and Filler appointments.
• The deposit must be paid at least one week prior to your appointment date.
• If your booking is made less than a week before your appointment, the deposit is due on the day of booking.
• Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Why This Policy Is Important

Every missed or last-minute cancelled appointment impacts multiple people:

1. You – because you miss out on the treatment and its benefits.
2. Another patient – who could have taken your spot.
3. Our team – who prepares for each appointment, allocating time, resources, and specialized equipment.

This policy helps us reduce no-shows, minimize wait times, and ensure all patients receive timely care.

Deposit Policy for Rapid Health Recovery Scan

A $3,000 JMD booking deposit is required to reserve your First Scan (Rapid Health Recovery Scan – 1 hour) appointment.

This deposit is applied toward your payment and is not an additional charge.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will forfeit your deposit. Conditions apply and exceptions made on a case by case basis.

Our reception team will contact you after your booking to assist with the deposit and confirm your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
